Ingredients:
2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1\/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C). Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels\u2014this helps them crisp up nicely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Saut\u00e9: Melt the butter and olive oil in an oven-safe skillet (cast iron works great!). Add the minced garlic and saut\u00e9 for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
