{"id":1993,"date":"2026-03-12T18:20:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T18:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=1993"},"modified":"2026-03-12T18:20:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T18:20:12","slug":"succulent-grilled-stuffed-squid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=1993","title":{"rendered":"Succulent Grilled Stuffed Squid\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Succulent Grilled Stuffed Squid<\/strong>&nbsp;&#x1f991;&#x1f525;<br>Tender squid tubes filled with a savory, aromatic stuffing and grilled to perfection \u2014 this dish brings a taste of the Mediterranean to your table!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 medium squid, cleaned (reserve tentacles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tomato, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup cooked rice or breadcrumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp chili flakes (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finely chop the squid tentacles and saut\u00e9 them in olive oil with garlic and onion until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tomato, rice or breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir and cook 3\u20134 minutes.
