Simmer 15 minutes, then strain and keep the broth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make the Base:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add onion, celery, and carrot.
