{"id":2023,"date":"2026-03-13T15:43:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T15:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=2023"},"modified":"2026-03-13T15:43:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T15:43:09","slug":"seafood-alfredo-with-lobste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=2023","title":{"rendered":"Seafood Alfredo with Lobste"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x1f99e;&#x1f980;&#x1f41f; Seafood Alfredo with Lobster, Crab &amp; Salmon<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<br>12 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)<br>2 tbsp butter<br>1 tbsp olive oil<br>3 garlic cloves, minced<br>1 salmon fillet (about 6\u20138 oz), skin removed, cut into chunks<br>1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped<br>1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)<br>1 cup heavy cream<br>1 cup half-and-half (or more cream for richer sauce)<br>1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese<br>\u00bd tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional, for seafood flavor)<br>\u00bc tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)<br>Salt &amp; black pepper, to taste<br>2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped<br>Lemon wedges, for serving<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<br>Instructions:<br>1. Cook the Pasta<br>Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving \u00bd cup pasta water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cook the Salmon<br>Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.<br>Add salmon chunks, season with a little salt and pepper, and sear 2\u20133 minutes per side until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Make the Alfredo Sauce<br>In the same skillet, add garlic and saut\u00e9 until fragrant (30 seconds).<br>Pour in cream and half-and-half, stirring. Simmer gently 4\u20135 minutes until slightly thickened.<br>Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add Seafood<br>Gently fold in lobster, crab, and cooked salmon. Warm through for 2\u20133 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Combine with Pasta<br>Toss drained pasta into the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
