Succulent Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails with Herb Butter Drizzle<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4 lobster tails<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1\/4 cup unsalted butter, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 lemon, juiced and zested<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lemon wedges, for serving<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, being careful not to detach it from the shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Place lobster tails on the baking sheet, arranging the meat over the shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
