1. Roast the Potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C).
Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25\u201330 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Cook the Cod<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pat cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
