Reserve \u00bc cup of pasta water, then drain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1\u20132 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Saut\u00e9 for about 30 seconds until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer gently for 2\u20133 minutes.
