1 pound ground sausage

Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
