1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C). If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In a large bowl, combine the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
