{"id":3264,"date":"2026-07-15T22:24:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T22:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=3264"},"modified":"2026-07-15T22:24:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T22:24:41","slug":"chuletas-de-cerdo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esfriv.com\/?p=3264","title":{"rendered":"CHULETAS DE CERDO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serves 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 pork chops (can be bone-in or boneless)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of chopped garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of cumin (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of dried oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tablespoons of vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of oil (it can be olive or vegetable oil)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) 1\/2 cup of white wine or cooking broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step-by-step preparation:<\/strong><strong>Marinate the chops:<\/strong>In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice (or vinegar), and 1 tablespoon of oil.Coat the chops well with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 1 hour or more in the refrigerator).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooking the chops:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat a large skillet with the other tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the chops and brown them on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If they are thick, turn down the heat, cover the pan and cook for another 5-10 minutes until they are cooked through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(Optional) Deglaze:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want more flavor, you can add white wine or stock at the end of cooking to make a light sauce.
