Step-by-step preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"1️⃣\" Choose good avocados.
They should be ripe but not overripe: soft to the touch, but not too indented. The avocado is the heart of guacamole!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"2️⃣\" Mash the avocados.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Place it in a bowl and mash with a fork until you achieve a creamy texture, but with small chunks remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"3️⃣\" Add the fresh ingredients.
Add the onion, tomato, chili (if using), cilantro, salt, and lemon juice. Mix gently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
