1\/4 teaspoon baking soda
1\/4 teaspoon salt
1\/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1\/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, do not thaw)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Glaze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
