Homemade black cinnamon tea

★Ingredients

2 cinnamon sticks

2 cups of water

2 tablespoons of loose black tea leaves (or 2 tea bags)

★Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks to the water and let them simmer for a few minutes to infuse the flavor.
  3. Add the black tea leaves (or tea bags) to the saucepan.
  4. Let the tea simmer for about 5–10 minutes, depending on how strong you want it.
  5. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot. You can add honey or milk if desired.
