Stir-Fried Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe Ingredients:1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined1 head broccoli, cut into florets1 carrot, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 teaspoon sesame oil1/2 teaspoon black pepper Instructions:1.Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.2.Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.3.Add the broccoli and carrots to the pan.
