🛒 Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

60 g (½ stick) unsalted butter

2 tbsp honey

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of ½ lemon

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

1️⃣ Prep the Salmon – Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Honey Butter – In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Mix in honey and lemon juice, whisking to combine.

3️⃣ Cook the Salmon – Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon, skin-side down (if applicable), and cook 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
