Creamy Lobster Linguine with Garlic Parmesan Sauce 🧄🧀

A luxurious, restaurant-style pasta that’s buttery, garlicky, and packed with tender lobster — perfect for date night or a special dinner! 💛✨

🌿 Ingredients

🍝 Pasta:

250 g linguine or fettuccine

Salted water for boiling 💧

1 tbsp butter 🧈 (to toss pasta after boiling)

🦞 Lobster:

2 lobster tails, split in half

2 tbsp butter 🧈

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

Juice of ½ lemon 🍋

Salt & black pepper, to taste 🧂

1 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿 (for garnish)

🥣 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

2 tbsp butter 🧈

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 cup heavy cream 🍶

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

½ tsp Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme) 🌿

Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂

Optional: ¼ cup white wine 🍷

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Boil 🍝 linguine in salted water until al dente (8–10 minutes).

Drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter 🧈 to keep silky. Set aside. ✨

2️⃣ Cook the Lobster

Melt 2 tbsp butter 🧈 in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté 2 cloves garlic 🧄 until fragrant.

Add lobster tails, flesh-side down, cook 3–4 minutes per side until opaque and tender.

Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon 🍋.

Remove lobster meat from shells, cut into chunks, and set aside 😋

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce

Melt 2 tbsp butter 🧈 in the same pan.

Sauté 3 cloves garlic 🧄 gently.

Optional: Add ¼ cup white wine 🍷, reduce 1–2 minutes.

Stir in 1 cup heavy cream 🍶, ½ cup Parmesan 🧀, ½ tsp Italian herbs 🌿, salt & pepper.

Cook until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Combine Everything

Toss cooked pasta 🍝 into the sauce, coating every strand.

Fold in lobster chunks 🦞, letting them warm in the sauce for 1–2 minutes.

5️⃣ Serve & Garnish

Plate the pasta, spoon extra sauce on top 😍

Garnish with chopped parsley 🌿, extra Parmesan 🧀, and a drizzle of lemon 🍋 if desired.
