1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + pinch of cayenne)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded (optional, for extra cheesiness)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.

2. Cook aromatics & shrimp:

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine:

Cream cheese

Sour cream

Mayonnaise

Old Bay, black pepper, and lemon juice

Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Fold in goodness:

Stir in:

Cooked shrimp/onion mix

Crab meat

Spinach

Half of each cheese (mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar)

5. Assemble & bake:

Transfer to a baking dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.

Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

6. Serve warm with:

Toasted baguette slices

Tortilla chips

Crackers or fresh veggies

💡 Tips:

Want more kick? Add a few dashes of hot sauce or a pinch of crushed red pepper.

For a smokier flavor, try adding a bit of smoked paprika or use smoked gouda instead of cheddar.
