Ingredients

Fish & Seafood

1 lb fish fillets (cut into chunks)

1 cup mussels (scrubbed & cleaned)

1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)

4 cups seafood broth

Vegetables & Herbs

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 onion (chopped)

1 cup tomatoes (diced or crushed)

1 lemon (juice + zest)

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tsp thyme

Spices & Seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Oil

2 tbsp olive oil

7 Steps to Comforting Seafood Bliss

1. Heat the base

In a large pot, warm olive oil over medium heat.

2. Sauté aromatics

Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and lightly golden.

3. Build flavor

Stir in paprika, thyme, and tomatoes. Let cook 5 minutes until tomatoes break down.

4. Add broth

Pour in the seafood broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
