For the Dough
- 2½ cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1½ cups superfine almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth. Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bow
