250 grams semolina
2 eggs

Prepare the batter:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in kefir until well combined.
Gradually add semolina while stirring to avoid lumps.
Mix in baking soda until incorporated.
Cook the pancakes:

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out into a circle.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill each pancake with your favorite fruit filling, such as sliced apples.
Roll or fold the pancakes and serve hot
