Secret Smash Burger with Confidential Sauce

Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 lean to fat ratio)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your preference)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the confidential sauce. Set aside.
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
