Flavorful Meat Tenderization Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Your favorite cuts of meat (such as steak, stewing beef, or chicken breasts)
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon of paprika or chili powder for added spice

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, honey or brown sugar, black pepper, and optional paprika or chili powder.
Place your chosen cuts of meat in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is evenly coated. If using a plastic bag, seal it tightly, removing as much air as possible.
Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for maximum flavor and tenderness. Make sure to turn the meat occasionally to ensure even marinating.
When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
