Savory Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients:

1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or lining it with muffin liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down gently.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup or barbecue sauce on top of each mini meatloaf muffin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and the tops are nicely browned
