Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish, ensuring they are fully covered.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot
