Ingredients:

3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 pound (about 450g) of pizza dough, either homemade or store-bought
3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, shaping it into a rectangle roughly 12×8 inches (30x20cm) in size. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and parsley. Mix well.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the surface of the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, ensuring coverage but leaving a small border around the edges.
Evenly distribute the grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella layer.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the breadsticks are golden brown.
Once baked, remove the breadsticks from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before cutting them into sticks
