Instructions:

Season and Sear the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Reduce the heat to medium, then stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
