Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Chicken:

Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
