32 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
Stir in the crushed Ritz crackers, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed and compacted.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and golden brown on top.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving
