Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
