Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well combined with the spinach.
