Ingredients:

1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then shape into 4 evenly-sized hamburger patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the hamburger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle flour over the caramelized onions and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Return the hamburger patties to the skillet, spooning the onion gravy over the top. Allow everything to simmer together for a few minutes
